How do I back up my EFT Arcus data?
ANSWER
As part of Arcus DR policies, customer file share volumes are backed up nightly. These
incremental file backups are retained for 30 days. In the event of a disaster recovery or
accidental deletion by a customer, our support team can help coordinate your request with
our CloudOps team to restore your data. Please note, backups are not limited in size and
are performed for the purpose of business continuity, which are not charged directly to our
customers.
