SYMPTOM

Unable to download multiple files at the same time in Chrome browser

RESOLUTION

Enable multiple downloads in browser

1. Click in the upper-right corner of the browser, then click Settings.
2. Scroll down to and click Show advanced settings.
3. Scroll down to Downloads, and clear the Ask where to save each file before downloading check box.
4. Attempt to download files again. This time, when prompted if you want to download multiple files, click Allow.
