During an FTP session, the following error is encountered:
ERROR:> Can't connect to remote server. Socket error = #2000.
In some cases, this error may be followed by:
STATUS:> Time zone synchronization failed.
The most probable cause for this error is that port 21 is blocked on your computer. The port could be blocked by your firewall software or hardware or in some cases by a misconfigured proxy server.
Configure your firewall software, hardware or proxy server so that port 21 is open to inbound and outbound traffic. Consult the manufacturer documentation for instructions.
