SYMPTOM

Unable to connect to Titan FTP server when using SSL

RESOLUTION

If you are unable to connect to Titan FTP server when using SSL, then follow the following steps.

1. Click Tools > Global Options, or click the Global Options icon on the toolbar. The Global Options dialog box opens.
2. Click the Security node, and then click SSL Security.
3. Clear the Reuse cached session for data connection check box.
4. Click OK to close the Global Options dialog box, and then try to connect to the server.
