RESOLUTION
The 421 response above is generated by the FTP server to which you are attempting to connect. You can receive a 421 error if the FTP server you are connected to limits the total number of connections available, limits the connections available to one user, or times out if there is no activity from the client.
MORE INFORMATION
The sarcastic message above is NOT from CuteFTP. Such messages come from the server to which you are connecting, not the client (CuteFTP in this case). If you find the message rude or insulting, contact the server manager or ISP that provided you the logon credentials. (The IP address, port number, username, and password comes from your ISP, not GlobalSCAPE.)
