Does EFT support SQL Always On availability groups?
ANSWER
Yes, EFT supports SQL Always On availability groups. When "Always on" is enabled in SQL within the Windows fail-over cluster, the Always on functionality will create a SQL Listener and IP. EFT must be configured to point to the Always on IP so that when it writes/copies the database between the Always on Group, it can do what it needs to do on the backend without any EFT intervention. There are no further configurations that need to be done on EFT; all this is part of the SQL configuration.
