THE INFORMATION IN THIS ARTICLE APPLIES TO:
- EFT Sync/Migration Tool and COM API
SYMPTOM
When you use EFT Sync/Migration Tool to synchronize Advanced Workflows between two servers, you might receive an exception from the EFT COM API:
MX Error: 71 (00000047) MXE_AW_INVALID_TASK_NAME
Error trying retrieving Advanced Workflow name from source, AdvancedWorkflow.Index[99]
This exception is thrown typically when an AML file is missing from the file system. EFT maintains a list of all AWE scripts; however, the AML file must exist. If it is not accessible or is missing, EFT will throw this exception while synchronizing.
RESOLUTION
You must restore the file that is missing from the file system. If the file is not used anymore, you can create an empty file with the same name and then remove it from the EFT Admin Console, which will remove the reference and the file.
To resolve the issue
- Identify which Workflow is missing from the file system.
- Restore the .aml file or edit the Workflow name.
- Try again.
