SYMPTOM

The images in the Web Transfer Client (WTC) each appear as a box with a red X in it.

RESOLUTION

If you are blocking GIF files in EFT Server, the WTC images will be blocked. On the Site's Security tab, in the Data Security area, ensure that you are not banning .gif files. If the Banned file types dialog box contains *.gif, and the Exclude the following files from being uploaded to this Site check box is selected, then you are blocking GIF files.

Clear the check box or remove *.gif from the box (if there are other file types listed that you want to block), then click OK.
