SYMPTOM

WTC session times out when trying to upload 1000 files simultaneously when using the EDGE.

CAUSE

Older Edge versions do not perform well with that many files. It could also be related to the amount of RAM or CPU capability on the client computer.

RESOLUTION/WORKAROUND

Do one or more of the following to improve upload performance:

• Limit simultaneous uploads to 500 files or fewer
• Use Chrome, Firefox, or Edge Chromium browser for those sorts of uploads
• Increase RAM and CPU speed on the client computer
