THE INFORMATION IN THIS ARTICLE APPLIES TO:
- EFT Server version 6 and later, installed on Windows 2008
SYMPTOM
Can't find EFT Server Application Data files, such as EFT.log and FTP.cfg.
RESOLUTION
On Windows 2008, Application Data files for all users are in a hidden folder named %systemroot%\ProgramData instead of under \Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\. The EFT.log and FTP.cfg files can be found (be default) in C:\ProgramData\GlobalSCAPE\EFT Server Enterprise\.
To view the folder, you must show hidden folders. (In Windows Explorer, click Tools > Folder Options > View tab, click Show hidden files and folders, then click OK.)
