An attempt to send email with an attachment that is missing, moved, or renamed fails. The email stays in the Outlook Outbox with no feedback to the user as to why it was not sent. ALL subsequent emails are also stuck in the Outbox, whether they have attachments or not and whether they are managed by Mail Express or not.
Delete the email with the bad attachment reference.
