SYMPTOM
In the log file, the following error message is encountered:
MM-DD-YY HH:MM:SS,nnn [nnnn] WARN root <> - Unable to find C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\GlobalSCAPE\CuteFTP Pro\8.0\CuteFTPTElog.cfg; using default logging configuration

In CuteFTP 8.3.3, extended debug logging functionality was introduced. Inside the application data folder, there are two new log files (CuteFTP.log and CuteFTPTE.log). On startup, CuteFTP checks for the existence of a special debug logging configuration file (CuteFTPlog.cfg or CuteFTPTElog.cfg). Under normal circumstances, that configuration file does not exist, so when CuteFTP fails to find it, an entry is made in the log file.
