PROBLEM
After I changed the timezone on the computer on which EFT Server is installed, the times in the Event Rules and so on are incorrect.
RESOLUTION
When you start EFT Server, it adopts the time of the computer on which it is installed. If you change the timezone (e.g, from CST to EST) while EFT Server is running, the times will be incorrect in Event Rules, logs, and reports until you restart the EFT Server service.
If you change the timezone on the EFT Server computer, reset the EFT Server service.
