Is the Web Transfer Client supported in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox?

ANSWER

Yes, in addition to Internet Explorer, you can use the Web Transfer Client in Chrome and Firefox.

There is an issue in an older version of the Chrome browser when you log out of the Web Transfer Client and then attempt to log back in. After you log out from the Web Transfer Client, in order to log back in, you will need to close and then reopen the browser, click Cancel on the login dialog box, and then try again.

This is caused by a bug in the Chrome browser, not the Web Transfer Client.
