EFT Server uses context variables to pull data from the database. The variable contains specific information about an event. You can use the variables in Event Rules, e-mail notifications, Commands, and Advanced Workflow tasks.
For a list of variables and details of using the variables, refer to the help documentation for your version of EFT, under Event Rules > Variables (List).
There are changes between versions, so be sure to refer to the documentation for your version. The best way to be sure you are viewing help for your version is to click Help > Help Contents in the application.
