If you use remote filters while connecting with some UNIX or Linux servers, CuteFTP cannot download some of the files. You can download the files by turning off the filters.
To turn off remote filters
- Click the Site Manager tab.
- Select the site with files you want to download.
- Click File > Properties. The Site Properties dialog box appears.
- Click the Actions tab.
- Click Filter. The Filter dialog box appears.
- Delete any filters listed in Remote filter, except for the -L filter.
- Click OK to close the Filter dialog box.
- Click Connect to close the Site Properties dialog box and connect to your site.
- Download your files.
