Specify maximum timeout for multipart upload

DISCUSSION

MultipartUploadSessionTimeoutSecs is used to specify, in seconds, the maximum time that any section of a multipart upload can go without the server receiving more info. Once this limit is reached, the server considers this upload a failure.

32-bit:
