SYMPTOM

Unable to pick up Mail Express packages in Internet Explorer, and the following message appears:

RESOLUTION

Disable the Do not save encrypted pages to disk setting in the Internet Explorer's Internet Options dialog box.

To disable the setting

  1. In Internet Explorer, click Tools, then click Internet Options.
  2. Click the Advanced tab.
  3. In the Settings area, scroll down to Security.
  4. Clear the Do not save encrypted pages to disk check box, then click OK.
  5. You do not have to close and reopen Internet Explorer for the changes to take effect.

MORE INFORMATION

Mail Express uses HTTPS for all communications. Therefore, if Internet Explorer has the Do not save encrypted pages to disk option enabled, the user will not be able to pick up any Mail Express files they have received.
