SYMPTOM

When attempting to remove a folder, the Server throws the 0000FF00 error, such as:

SFTPCOMInterface.CISite.1: MX Error: 65280 (0000FF00)

RESOLUTION

You cannot delete the item you are attempting to delete, because:

• the path is "reserved" and you cannot remove it. (for example, the "/eftclient" subfolder used by the applet cannot be removed)
• the path cannot be deleted by the Service account (for example, in use, no permissions, etc.).
• the path is not a folder (for example, you are pointing to a file, not a folder)
