Getting numerous overwrite prompts

RESOLUTION

To configure Smart Overwrite settings:

1. Click Tools > Global Options. The Global Option dialog box appears.
2. Expand the Transfer node, then click Smart Overwrite.
3. In the For matching files list, click Use Rules.
4. Select the Ignore zero byte files check box to ignore zero byte files.
5. In the Matching for folders list, click Use Rules.
6. Click Configure Rules. The Overwrite Rule dialog box appears.
7. In the destination file date list, click older.
8. In the size list, click smaller.
9. In the during list, click the any transfer.
10. In the then list, click overwrite.
11. Click Add. The rule is added to the Rule list. You can add as many rules as you want.
12. Click OK to save the rule.
13. In the Prompt timeout action list, click Skip, and select the Timeout in n seconds check box.
14. Select the Resend List command as necessary check box. The LIST command retrieves file details and determine similarities and differences between a transferring file and destination file with the same name.
15. Select the Use size and MDTM commands to gather precise details check box.The SIZE command retrieves file size and the MDTM command retrieves file modification time and determines similarities and differences between a transferring file and destination file with the same name.
16. Click Apply and then click OK.
