SYMPTOM

Receiving network issue warning when downloading files in browser.

CAUSE

This is caused by using a self-signed certificate. The use of unsigned certificates and/or certificates without subject alternate name is discouraged.

RESOLUTION/WORKAROUND

Workarounds are to have a valid certificate, use special flags to ignore improper certificates, or not use HTTPS.
