Why doesn't the Secure Ad Hoc Transfer (SAT) module work on my Active Directory-authenticated Site?

ANSWER

EFT Server needs to be able to create temporary users for the SAT module. Temporary users cannot be created on an AD or LDAP Site. Reinstall SAT on a GlobalSCAPE-authenticated or ODBC-authenticated Site so that EFT Server can create the temporary users.
